Head of Marketing & Supplier Relations

Behind Every Smile, there's a story that connects, and behind that story there's you. We're hiring a Head of Marketing & Supplier Relations for Thailand.

The Head of Marketing & Supplier Relations is responsible for ensuring that Accord Henry Schein is recognized by customers and suppliers as the premier dental distribution partner in Thailand.

The role leads the Marketing and Brand Management team to deliver effective market strategies, promotions, product plans and sales support tools that enable the sales team to deliver a high level of commercial performance within the dental sector.

A critical part of the role is working in close partnership with our supply partners to ensure alignment between marketing activity, supplier programs, and revenue goals. Additionally, the role is also responsible for a range of marketing communication strategies; digital marketing includes online ordering and Accord's social media presence along with educational programs that drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in people management / leadership and mentoring high performing teams.
• At least 10 years of strategic marketing & supplier management experience including significant leadership roles for a leading distribution/retail chain.
• A track record of delivering sales and Margin $ growth.
• Medical devices / healthcare industry experience (highly desirable)
• Demonstrated success in strategy development, execution and delivering results.
• Creating and fostering strong relationships/partnerships including influencing, negotiation & conflict resolution.
