About TapMo India

TapMo India is a leading provider of NFC-enabled Smart Business Cards and Digital Networking Solutions, helping professionals and organizations modernize the way they connect, share information, and build relationships. We are expanding rapidly across enterprise and corporate markets and are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Build and strengthen the TapMo brand across digital and offline channels.
  • Lead demand generation, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
  • Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and partnerships.
  • Drive B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Manage content, social media, SEO, PR, and marketing communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Growth Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, IT, or Enterprise Solutions is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Branding, and Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
