About the Company

SHD Technology Co., Ltd. is the authorized distributor of DREAME Technology in Thailand, responsible for the overall business development of the DREAME brand in the Thai market, including brand marketing, e-commerce operations, channel expansion, and offline retail network construction. With the rapid development of DREAME in the Thai market, we are seeking experienced local management talent to jointly drive the brand's long-term growth in Thailand. The team, as the core operations team for DREAME in the Thai market, is fully responsible for the brand's business expansion and brand building in Thailand.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities to be fully responsible for DREAME's brand building, marketing communications, and consumer interaction in the Thai market. This position will develop localized marketing execution plans tailored to the Thai market based on the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy established by headquarters and the region, and enhance brand influence and sales conversion by integrating online and offline marketing resources. This role also involves managing the local marketing team and collaborating with the e-commerce, channel, and retail teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
  • Plan and drive localized marketing execution in the Thai market based on the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy established by headquarters and the region.
  • Develop brand communication strategies considering the Thai market environment, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop annual marketing plans and budgets, and be responsible for the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Plan the marketing pace and resource allocation for new product launches to ensure optimal brand exposure and market performance in the Thai market.

  • Integrated Marketing and Brand Communication
  • Coordinate integrated online and offline marketing communications (IMC), including digital advertising, social media operations, KOL/KOC collaborations, and PR communications.
  • Develop annual marketing campaign plans, including new product launches, brand events, and key promotional events.
  • Manage advertising agencies, PR agencies, and content production teams to ensure high-quality execution of marketing projects.
  • Continuously monitor brand communication effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Offline Brand Activities and Roadshows
  • Develop annual offline brand activities and experiential marketing strategies for the Thai market.
  • Plan and execute mall roadshows, brand experience events, product demonstrations, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to enhance brand exposure and drive sales conversion through offline activities.
  • Analyze and review the effectiveness of offline activities to continuously improve ROI.

  • Channel Marketing and Retail Marketing
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and offline channel teams to develop channel marketing strategies.
  • Support retail channel promotional activities, brand displays, and store traffic enhancement.
  • Responsible for planning store marketing materials (POSM) and brand display standards.
  • Improve terminal sales conversion rates through channel marketing activities.

  • Team Building and Management
  • Establish and manage a local marketing team in Thailand, including a marketing manager, social media operations, and content team.
  • Set team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.
  • Enhance team professional capabilities, including brand marketing, digital marketing, and event planning.
  • Establish an efficient team collaboration mechanism.

  • Data Analysis and Market Insights
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis, including brand exposure, user interaction, and sales conversion.
  • Research consumer trends and competitor dynamics in the Thai market.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on market data and consumer insights.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, with team management experience.
    • Experience in marketing consumer electronics, home appliances, or high-end brands is preferred.
    • Familiar with integrated marketing communications and brand management.
    • Fluent in Thai + English or Thai + Chinese.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, and excellent leadership skills.
