Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision for all mechanical engineering, plant maintenance, and reliability operations across manufacturing facilities.
- Oversee preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency.
- Lead large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, equipment installation, upgrade programs, and technology integrations.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Implement Lean, TPM, or World-Class Manufacturing practices to optimize cost, energy consumption, and equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
- Over 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/head-level role within large-scale manufacturing (e.g., films, plastics, packaging, heavy process industry).
- Deep technical knowledge in heavy industrial equipment, continuous process machinery, utility systems, and modern maintenance methodologies.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving change.
- Good command of English for business communication and regional collaboration.
