Define and drive merchandising strategy for construction material categories, including Building Decor, Roofing & Board, and Building Foundation, to achieve growth and market leadership
Own category P&L, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and inventory efficiency
Lead end-to-end category management including assortment planning, pricing architecture, and product lifecycle
Develop private label and exclusive product strategies to strengthen differentiation across key product groups
Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships and lead key commercial negotiations
Leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize category performance

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields (MBA preferred)
15+ years of experience in merchandising, commercial, or retail leadership roles
Strong background in construction materials, building materials, or home improvement business
Demonstrated experience managing large P&L and driving business transformation
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in leading large teams and managing senior stakeholders
