Job Description

Job Summary & Purpose:

The position holder must define and develop digital marketing strategies, leveraging owned digital assets to deliver on company objectives. Lead and build the business for any one of the key areas of digital media and platform.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Transferring strategy into execution
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with marketing strategy.
  • Driving innovation and initiate campaigns on owned social media platforms to create and maintain customer engagement
  • Manage all digital marketing advertising campaigns across all channels
  • Overseeing social media and content marketing efforts and staying updated with digital marketing trends while aligning with each brand
  • Drive prioritisation within key customers and categories
  • Unlock demand generation through activating right content and traffic levers with campaign planning and execution
  • Analyze and optimize performance
  • Budget management
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets for overall channel targets.
  • Performance Marketing - lead adoption of holistic and iterative performance marketing plans, connecting brand, media and optimizing budgets across channels/tactics/brands based on KPIs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute, optimize and track all projects
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketeers responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness and performance.
  • Monitor competitors and provide ideas to stand out within the industry

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing with good background and understanding of media planning, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to drive traffic and conversions effectively
  • Detail-orientated and proficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and workload.
