Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Operational Direction

  • Define operation support strategies and policies aligned with Mini-Mart management direction.
  • Develop structured and efficient operating processes, SOPs, and store management guidelines.
  • Analyze branch performance and key success factors to continuously improve efficiency and cost optimization.

Operation Audit & Standardization

  • Establish audit criteria, standards, and quality control frameworks for store operations.
  • Design monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems to elevate branch operating standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams and Store Managers to resolve issues and improve operational gaps.

Operation Support Systems Development

  • Design and develop operational support tools such as manuals, dashboards, workflows, and knowledge centers.
  • Leverage data and technology to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Partner with IT, Data, and Finance teams to develop store performance and analytics dashboards.

Operation Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs for store staff, Store Managers, and Area Managers.
  • Manage knowledge transfer to ensure consistent operational standards across all branches.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Operation Performance Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance and productivity.

Resource & Team Management

  • Define and optimize the Operation Support team structure for clarity, agility, and scalability.
  • Develop team capabilities in analysis, auditing, and project management.
  • Foster a quality-driven, cross-functional collaboration culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
  • Minimum 1012 years of experience in Operations Management, Retail Operations Support, or Operational Excellence (at least 5 years in a managerial or executive-level role)
