Job Description
- Analyze and forecast sales, develop strategies and ensure seamless execution according to company standard
- Control and manage budget, utilize resources to generate the most revenue and benefit for all business unit within retail territory.
- Build and Developing team for their skills and continuous learning.
- General management, monitoring and manage performance of responsible area in operation and revenue prospect.
- Other duty as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in operation or business development with leadership role involved
- Experience in oil & energy, retail or automotive industry.
- Able to travel upcountry regularly
