The company is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead overall operations, enhance productivity, and drive the integration of advanced technologies across multiple production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Lead production planning, capacity utilization, and workflow improvement to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations across functions.
- Promote automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Coach and develop team leaders and supervisors to build a high-performance and accountable organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations, preferably in industrial or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean implementation, or automation improvement projects.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in English and Thai communication, and comfortable working in a multicultural organization.
