Key Qualifications & Skills
- Drive and manage projects to elevate operational and service standards across 400+ branches nationwide, ensuring tangible on-site results.
- Lead teams and align collaboration between branch teams and regional offices to ensure consistent execution according to defined strategies and standards.
- Develop work processes and employee capabilities through training programs and standard courses, enabling staff to perform in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Drive sales performance to achieve targets in line with campaigns and organizational strategies.
- Establish and implement new operational and service standards that can be sustainably scaled as organizational best practices.
- Define strategies and monitor performance to ensure branches and employees clearly follow guidelines and meet objectives.
- Work closely with branches and teams to ensure projects are effectively implemented, continuously improved, and expanded into organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (mandatory).
- 710 years of experience in strategic project management or leading a PMO.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects related to business process improvement or new technology development.
- Age between 3238 years; gender not specified (mandatory).
- Experience in the oil, energy, retail, or logistics industries is highly preferred (mandatory).
- At least 10 years of experience managing training teams or service development projects.
- Experience in nationwide operations in retail, F&B, fuel stations, or service businesses is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills, with proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic and systematic thinking, with the ability to effectively link operational execution to business strategy.
- Legally authorized to work in Thailand.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
