Job Summary

Define strategies for strategic data management and lead the team in developing, analyzing, and leveraging data to maximize business value. Focus on data-driven insights to enhance business efficiency, elevate customer experience, and create a competitive advantage for the organization.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Drive and manage projects to elevate operational and service standards across 400+ branches nationwide, ensuring tangible on-site results.
  • Lead teams and align collaboration between branch teams and regional offices to ensure consistent execution according to defined strategies and standards.
  • Develop work processes and employee capabilities through training programs and standard courses, enabling staff to perform in accordance with organizational guidelines.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve targets in line with campaigns and organizational strategies.
  • Establish and implement new operational and service standards that can be sustainably scaled as organizational best practices.
  • Define strategies and monitor performance to ensure branches and employees clearly follow guidelines and meet objectives.
  • Work closely with branches and teams to ensure projects are effectively implemented, continuously improved, and expanded into organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (mandatory).
  • 710 years of experience in strategic project management or leading a PMO.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects related to business process improvement or new technology development.
  • Age between 3238 years; gender not specified (mandatory).
  • Experience in the oil, energy, retail, or logistics industries is highly preferred (mandatory).
  • At least 10 years of experience managing training teams or service development projects.
  • Experience in nationwide operations in retail, F&B, fuel stations, or service businesses is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic and systematic thinking, with the ability to effectively link operational execution to business strategy.
  • Legally authorized to work in Thailand.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
