We are seeking a strategic and people-driven Head of Human Resources & Organization Development (HROD) to join Rombho Property (TITLE), a subsidiary of AssetWise Group, based in Phuket.
- Oversees the functioning of the COE Department (Center of Expertise), including performance management and hiring of employees, Organization Development, Learning and Development.
- Help CHRO to develop OD Strategy and be able to make it happen
- Lends their expertise on workforce design, culture, behaviors, and working practices and processes to assist in building a future-proof strategy
- Designs and executes OD interventions that bridge the gap between the current state of the organization and its desired state
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement succession planning strategies that identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 10 years in Organizational Development and Human Resources functions
- Understand the role & responsibilities of HR functions.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of HR practices.
- Proven effective management skills.
