Role Overview

The Head of Partnership Marketing leads the strategy and execution of customer and partner marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with partners, tenants, and product purchasers. This role drives customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through effective CRM strategies, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive partnership marketing and CRM strategies aligned with corporate objectives and annual business plans.
  • Participate in setting annual budgets, policies, and marketing governance to enhance customer relationship management and competitive advantage.
  • Lead and develop the partnership marketing team, providing coaching, performance guidance, and succession readiness.

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Own and govern CRM strategy across the organization to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Design and decide on CRM platform structure to ensure full visibility across the customer lifecycle and touchpoints.
  • Oversee direct customer communications via CRM channels to ensure relevance, consistency, and effectiveness.

Data, Insight & Commercial Optimization

  • Analyze customer data, touchpoints, and market research to support targeted marketing initiatives and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and long-term profitability.
  • Monitor marketing performance and continuously optimize processes, tools, and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, IT, and other functions to ensure CRM and partnership marketing effectiveness enterprise-wide.
  • Ensure alignment between partnership marketing initiatives and overall brand, customer experience, and revenue strategies.

Market & Capability Development

  • Stay current on marketing, CRM, and customer engagement trends to continuously enhance team performance and organizational capability.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and scalable processes for partnership marketing operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in marketing, CRM, customer relationship, or partnership-related roles, with 35 years in a leadership or team management position.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and brand positioning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong leadership, collaboration, and execution capabilities.
