About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of People to lead our People & Culture function. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and building scalable people strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals. The Head of People will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, while ensuring the delivery of world-class HR services across talent acquisition, employee experience, learning & development, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
People Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement the overall People strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership to drive company culture, values, and DEI initiatives.
Lead and inspire the People team to deliver exceptional HR support across the business.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract top talent.
Implement onboarding, training, and leadership development programs that enhance employee growth.
Foster a learning culture with clear career progression and succession planning.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Build and execute engagement strategies to ensure high employee satisfaction and retention.
Promote employee well-being and psychological safety in the workplace.
Lead initiatives to strengthen internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Performance & Organizational Development
Design performance management systems to drive accountability and growth.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks.
Ensure fair, transparent, and motivating reward systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in building people strategies in a fast-growing or transformation-driven environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Experience in employer branding, DEI, and organizational development is a strong plus.
