Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of chemical products that has manufacturing in Samut Sakhon. A potential candidate must be able to drive and have a car.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Excellence & Service Delivery
- Lead the People Operations team covering HR services, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and employee support.
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Implement service-level standards to enhance the employee experience and HR responsiveness.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function to ensure UBIS attracts and hires the right talent across manufacturing, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
- Partner with department heads to define manpower plans, job requirements, and success criteria.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, competency-based interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, social media, job fairs, technical school/university partnerships.
- Monitor TA metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience).
- Build talent pipelines and recruitment channels for critical and technical positions.
3. Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance
- Oversee monthly C&B governance (accuracy, audits, internal controls) in collaboration with Finance shared services.
- Govern compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and HR policies to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and internal policies.
4. HRIS & Digital Transformation
- Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS/on-cloud HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, role-based access, and reporting reliability.
- Improve digital employee services (self-service, workflows, forms, approval matrix, automated reporting).
- Use HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, productivity, and cost.
5. Employee Relations & Workplace Governance
- Serve as a key partner in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strengthen HR governance, employment contracts, DOA alignment, and policy standardization.
- Support labor law compliance, engagement with government offices, and audit readiness.
6. People Operations Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Develop a People Operations roadmap emphasizing operational excellence, digitalization, and service improvements.
- Lead process redesign initiatives to reduce redundancy, minimize errors, and improve employee experience.
- Partner with Talent Management and TA teams to ensure smooth collaboration across the full employee lifecycle.
7. Data, Reporting & Risk Control
- Oversee HR data management, audit trails, backup/recovery logs, and data privacy compliance.
- Provide accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure key HR processes are compliant with internal audit, external audit, and ISO requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, C&B, HRIS, or People Operations; with 3+ years in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR compliance, and operational standards in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in HR digital transformation and HRIS implementation (on-cloud preferred).
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
