Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid and organic acquisition channels. As we build and launch our website, you will be the driving force behind bringing in qualified traffic, tracking every touchpoint, and maximising return on every marketing baht spent. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will set the vision, own the numbers, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership

  • Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Own digital growth KPIs including revenue, ROAS, CAC, customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, digital channels, and acquisition strategies to accelerate business growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing investments with company growth objectives.

Performance Marketing Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Affiliate, and Emerging Channels.
  • Manage and optimize multi-million-baht marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Establish a robust testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee media planning, audience strategy, attribution modeling, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Lead SEM strategy including keyword research, search intent mapping, Quality Score optimisation, and ad copy testing.
  • Drive organic search growth through on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives.
  • Define and monitor website performance metrics: sessions, conversion rate, bounce rate, and goal completions. Own the UTM framework and traffic tracking infrastructure to ensure accurate attribution across all channels.

Analytics, Data & Customer Insights

  • Drive a data-first culture by leveraging analytics and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop executive-level reporting dashboards.
  • Lead attribution, tracking, marketing measurement, and customer journey analysis.
  • Partner with Data, CRM, and Business Intelligence teams to improve customer targeting and lifetime value.

Conversion & Customer Lifecycle Optimization

  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across websites, landing pages, mobile applications, and digital touchpoints.
  • Work closely with CRM and retention teams to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer funnel from acquisition through retention and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to drive integrated growth strategies.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven success managing large-scale digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Media, Marketing Analytics, and Attribution.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Advanced analytical and commercial decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in E-commerce, Consumer Products, Wellness, Retail, Hospitality, or High-Growth Businesses is highly preferred.
