• Own full P&L for the geography, setting aggressive revenue, margin and CAC/LTV targets.

• Craft and execute a holistic growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, offline and emerging channels.

• Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring ≤2 % stock-out and ≤4 % ageing stock.

• Define product-market fit; localize hero SKUs, craft new‐product roadmaps, and sunset low ROI lines.

• Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.

• Orchestrate 360° marketing—performance, influencer, CRM, PR—allocating budgets for max ROAS.

• Establish data pipelines and dashboards; track cohorts, repeat rates, marketplace rankings in real time.

• Negotiate with 3PLs, payment partners and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and SLAs.

• Recruit, mentor and performance-manage cross-functional teams (growth,ops, CS, retail, trade).

• Champion customer obsession; mine VOC insights to feed product updates and CX enhancements.

• Drive strategic partnerships—wellness chains, tourism boards, Ayurveda clinics—to amplify reach.

• Ensure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims, import duties and GDPR-like mandates.

• Present quarterly business reviews to Global Leadership, highlighting wins, risks and next bets.

• Deploy test-and-learn culture; run A/Bs on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.

• Set up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads and key seller accounts.

• Benchmark competition; deliver actionable intel on pricing, share-of-voice and shelf velocity.

• Act as the brand's cultural ambassador, embodying its ethos while driving high performance execution.

Qualifications

Tier 1 colleges only. IIMs, XLRI, MDI, ISB etc.

• 8 to 14 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Retail industry (FMCG, Retail, E commerce)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use the information for reporting

• Drive and manage own tasks effectively; work independently and be an effective contributor to the team

• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through

• Extremely organised with superior time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise under tight schedules while maintaining production of highquality work

• Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stake holders Proficiency with project-based tools such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
