This role acts as a strategic leader overseeing Procurement, General Affairs and Corporate Administration functions, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, governance compliance, and alignment with long-term business and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement governance, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency across all sourcing and purchasing activities
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and commercial negotiation
- Oversee corporate facilities and ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Establish and enhance administrative operations, including corporate services, logistics, and workplace management
- Partner with executive leadership to support business expansion, transformation projects, and operational scalability
- Implement process improvements and digitalization (ERP / procurement systems) to enhance operational performance
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance culture and execution excellence
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines, MBA will be a big plus
- Proven leadership experience managing procurement, general affair, facilities, or corporate services within large-scale organizations
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive ROI-focused decisions
- 10 years of Experience in complex, regulated environments (e.g., financial services, property, IT or large corporate structures) is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
