Our client is a global technology-enabled services organisation making a significant investment in artificial intelligence and is building a new enterprise AI capability intended to improve productivity, strengthen delivery and create differentiated services for its clients.
Role
Lead the zero-to-one development of a central enterprise AI platform supporting multiple AI agents and tools across a global organisation. The platform will provide the shared infrastructure required to manage, monitor, evaluate, govern and scale AI usage across engineering, creative, project management, sales and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the enterprise AI platform.
- Lead the design and development of the shared platform supporting multiple AI agents.
- Own capabilities including agent registry, telemetry, evaluations, monitoring, guardrails, governance and access management.
- Work closely with engineering and technical leads to translate business needs into scalable platform requirements.
- Manage the engineering resources assigned to the product and drive delivery priorities.
- Ensure the platform is secure, robust, scalable and suitable for enterprise-wide use.
- Support deployment across multiple regions and operating environments.
- Establish product metrics covering adoption, reliability, performance, cost and business value.
- Communicate the platform roadmap and value to senior leadership.
- Enable other product teams to build and launch AI agents using shared platform capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Strong product leadership experience across enterprise platforms, AI infrastructure, developer platforms or complex B2B software.
- Experience designing or building the platform layer supporting multiple AI agents or AI products.
- Understanding of agent registries, telemetry, evaluation, governance, observability and platform scalability.
- Proven experience taking a technical product from zero to one and into production.
- Experience leading engineers or dedicated cross-functional product teams.
- Strong system-design understanding and the ability to challenge technical proposals.
- Comfortable communicating with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong interest in agentic AI and enterprise AI platforms.
