This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lam Luk Ka for a Head of Product & Process Innovation. The role involves leading the development and execution of product strategies, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the agribusiness and food supply chain sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing product development, optimizing processes, collaborating with various teams, and effectively communicating goals and results to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in process improvement and innovation
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Previous experience in agribusiness or supply chain management is highly desirable
