Head of Product Quality & Reliability

At Coway, we innovate with purpose — creating products that elevate wellbeing and redefine everyday living. We are now seeking a Head of Product Quality & Reliability to lead our quality vision and ensure that every product experience reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end quality and reliability strategy across the product lifecycle

• Oversee product testing, performance analysis, and corrective action management

• Drive quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality insights

• Develop and mentor team members to build long-term quality capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Assurance with leadership exposure

• Strong command of ISO 9001, FMEA, CAPA, PDCA, Six Sigma, and product safety frameworks

• Proven analytical mindset with experience in technical problem-solving

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields (Master's preferred)
