We Are Seeking: Head of Product

A senior product leader to own product vision, strategy, and execution for a multifeature trading platform. You will guide product teams, scale product processes, and work crossfunctionally to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant trading experiences. Candidates should already be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for the trading platform
• Lead and grow a highperforming team of Product Managers
• Drive product discovery, prioritization, and datadriven decision making
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Ops, and Compliance to launch core trading features
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and platform scaling
• Ensure platform reliability, usability, and strong user experience across markets

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Product Management, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong experience building digital trading platforms
• (e.g., retail trading apps, CFD/FX platforms, crypto trading platforms, brokeragetech, execution platforms)
• Proven track record launching and scaling trading or investing products from 0 to 1
• Strong analytical, strategic, and usercentric product thinking
• Able to operate in highgrowth, fastmoving tech environments
• Experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia markets preferred
• Fintech/tradingtech background preferred
