We are seeking a dynamic
Head of Product Strategy & Project Management to lead the strategic direction, execution, and commercial success of our new football-focused digital application. In this role, you will act as both the
visionary product strategist and the
project orchestrator, ensuring that complex initiatives are well-planned, resourced, and executed to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadersProduct Managers, Technical Leads, UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, Marketing Specialists, and Commercial teamsto align vision, strategy, and delivery.
This role requires
strong business acumen, excellence in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy to establish our app as the premier digital home for Thai football fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment
- Define and own the product vision, value proposition, and long-term business strategy ensuring growth, engagement, and sustainable profitability.
- Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable KPIs (DAU, ARPU, engagement, retention, revenue streams).
- Drive monetization strategy across subscriptions, sponsorships, partnerships, and in-app features.
- Project & Program Management Excellence
- Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle: initiate, scope, plan, resource allocation, risk management, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain a master project plan, covering multiple workstreams and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business strategy.
- Champion agile delivery practices with clear sprint goals, retrospective learnings, and continuous improvement.
- Implement rigorous governance (status reporting, risk logs, budget tracking, stakeholder updates).
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance and resource efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Collaborate with Product Managers & Tech Leads to balance business value vs technical complexity in prioritization.
- Work with Marketing & Content to connect product features with campaigns and fan engagement strategies.
- Align UX/UI outputs with product goals ensuring best-in-class fan experience.
- Act as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring all teams stay aligned toward common objectives.
- Market, Data, and User Insights
- Champion a data-driven decision-making culture, leveraging analytics tools to optimize strategy and feature adoption.
- Oversee research initiatives to decode fan behavior, sports media consumption, and digital entertainment trends.
- Benchmark against competitors to ensure product differentiation and innovation.
- Roadmap & Portfolio Management
- Own the high-level strategic roadmap and ensure structured prioritization across competing initiatives.
- Manage portfolio-level trade-offs between revenue growth, user experience, and platform scalability.
- Clearly communicate milestones, dependencies, and risks to executives and wider stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Establish a robust reporting framework to monitor performance against KPIs and OKRs.
- Drive continuous improvement via post-mortems, lessons-learned, and process refinements.
- Stay adaptivepivot quickly based on user insights, emerging tech, or market dynamics.
- Leadership, Mentorship & Culture Building
- Build and nurture high-performing, cross-functional teams with clarity of goals and accountability.
- Act as mentor across Product, Marketing, and Technical leaders to instill best practices in both strategy and project management.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years in Product Strategy, Program Management, or Business Leadership within a digital product environment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects or portfolios with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Project Management Expertise
- Deep knowledge of project/program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, or hybrid models).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively.
Business & Sports Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding or interest in Thai and global football ecosystem.
- Awareness of sports media trends, fan engagement models, and sponsorship ecosystems.
Data & Analytical Mindset
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong business acumen in measuring ROI and optimizing monetization models.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent communication (Thai & English) for executive presentations and cross-department alignment.
