Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations within a modern manufacturing facility.
- Ensure operational stability across processing and packaging activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business growth objectives and operational targets.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, planning, logistics, and commercial functions.
- Strengthen production capability through structured processes, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Manage capacity planning, manpower utilization, and operational resources to ensure consistent supply performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams and complex manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, operational standards, and manufacturing performance management.
- Demonstrated experience driving operational improvement, productivity initiatives, and cost efficiency.
- Strong communication and leadership capability with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Thai language proficiency is required.
