About Our Client
Our client is a global food FMCG manufacturer with strong recent growth across international markets. To support this momentum, they are expanding production capacity and scaling up operations.
Job Description
- Lead production capacity expansion initiatives, including line installation, plant upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment to meet business growth targets.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for manufacturing expansion, ensuring delivery on timeline, budget, and technical specifications.
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies, including workforce sizing, capability building, and leadership development to support scale-up.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize productivity, yield, and cost.
- Ensure all production operations comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO), maintaining audit readiness at all times.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to align production capabilities with new product launches and process requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Solid experience in UHT production within a dairy manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in production expansion and project management
- Proven leadership experience in managing large production teams and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO)
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
