Using the DePICT Methodology, plan and coordinate all activities across multiple operational and functional groups for complex, high risk projects undertaken by the business.
Prepare the detailed project plans, identify and resolve issues that occur, control scope, communicate project progress to all interested stakeholders and establish working relationships with all internal and external customers.
Identify and control the risks of the project. Prepare and manage risk mitigation plans.
Manage the budget of the project, resolve all spending issues and manage project resource.
Possess aspiration to coach Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager to uplift project implementation capability
Requirements
Working experience with proven successful record of accomplishments in Complex Logistics Project Implementation and Logistics Operations Management
Good in business process and ability to conducted project stage review meeting, highlighting risks and mitigation plan to deliver flawless implementation
Good communication both in Thai and English required
Able to travel in upcountry (more than 50%) apart from working at head office required
