In this strategic leadership role, you&aposll shape and guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver complex, high-impact project solutions that align with broader business goals. Success in this role relies on your ability to engage stakeholders, foster trust, and ensure service excellence across every touchpoint of project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic teamproviding mentorship, clear direction, and professional growth opportunities
  • Oversee full project lifecycles from procurement and planning to execution and closeout with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and value delivery
  • Act as a key partner to internal and external stakeholders, aligning integrated service offerings with strategic business objectives
  • Manage team performance, staffing plans, recruitment, and development to ensure operational excellence and long-term success
  • Drive accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, billing, P&L, and EBITDA results
  • Collaborate across business units to deliver cohesive, client-focused outcomes that reflect the organisations standards of innovation and integrity
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, implementing mitigation strategies that keep deliverables on track
  • Serve as a trusted voice in continuous improvementrefining tools, methods, and approaches for greater impact

Requirements:

  • A confident and empathetic leader with a track record of stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and team empowerment
  • 58 years of experience in project and integrated service management, ideally within corporate real estate or facilities services
  • Bachelors degree; relevant experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. Additional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are a plus
  • Experienced in leading conversations that involve sensitive or complex information, while building alignment and trust across diverse teams
  • Financially astute with strong business acumen comfortable overseeing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and navigating P&L responsibility
  • Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable applying intermediate math in financial and operational contexts
  • A natural problem-solver with a curiosity-driven mindset and a desire to improve processes and elevate standards
