Position: Head of Quality Management/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to Senior Manager
Project Quality Oversight (Post-Structure to After-Sales)
- Lead and oversee quality control and assurance from post-structural phase through architectural finishing, MEP installation, testing & commissioning, handover, and post-handover/after-sales service.
- Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with approved specifications, corporate standards, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish quality checkpoints and control mechanisms across finishing, system integration, and defect management stages.
Defect Management & After-Sales Quality
- Oversee defect inspection, snagging, and handover quality processes to ensure readiness for customer transfer.
- Monitor post-handover performance, including defect rectification and after-sales service quality.
- Analyze recurring defects and customer complaints to identify root causes and drive long-term solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Quality Enhancement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data from defects, audits, and customer feedback.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to enhance construction quality and reduce rework.
- Establish feedback loops from after-sales and customer experience into design, construction, and QA/QC processes.
- Drive standardization and best practices across projects to elevate overall product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements (Revised Stronger Filtering)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction quality management, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Mandatory: Proven experience working directly with Property Developers/ Consultant in condominium projects (end-to-end lifecycle exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience in managing quality from post-structure phase through finishing, handover, and after-sales service is required.
- Strong experience in defect management, customer handover processes, and post-handover quality improvement is essential.
- Strong expertise in QA/QC systems, finishing quality standards, and MEP integration.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement preventive quality systems.
