Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment to lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy for Virtual Bank. This strategic role is pivotal in building a future-ready recruitment and shaping the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing strategy, selection, and offer management to onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on hiring priorities and market intelligence.

Employer Branding

  • Design and execute the Employer Branding strategy for the Virtual Bank.
  • Develop branding campaigns, recruitment content, and talent events to position the Virtual Bank as a top employer.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring in tech, fintech, or digital banking environments.
