Job Purpose:
Regulatory Expertise for beverages products from authorities i.e. Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, District Office in Bangkok, Local Provincial Department, etc to ensure products were launched on time and smooth operation and support business growth
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage all beverages to get the proper license on time to support the business.
- Lead RA and collaborate across functions to support any needs from regulatory aspects.
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of all products including life cycle maintenance in regulatory data system and properly control restriction information were maintaining and protection and enhancing the security of all restriction information regarding product formulas and other technical information.
- Updating the regulation movement and propose the imitation plan (if any) to line manager and share with the relevant cross functional team.
- Lead RA to build and maintain the good relationship with the key contact authorities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Specification:
- Minimum Education Bachelor Degree of Food Science or Food Technology or related Professional Experience
- At least 10 years regulatory experience in the food industry
- Well Scientific knowledge application and strategic mindset with ability in development and implementing regulatory action plan
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment prioritizing tasks.
