Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Research and Development (Head of R&D) in the biomedical and pharmaceutical fields. The position is based in Nakhon Pathom. The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for leading research projects, developing innovative products, managing research teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing research strategies, analyzing data, collaborating with other departments, and overseeing product development from conception to market release.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in biomedical research and pharmaceutical development
• Proficiency in data analysis and research methodology
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Experience in stem cell research is a plus
