Job Summary
Head of Retail Business is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of mobile/device retail business operations, including strategy development, sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency within the mobile retail sector and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the mobile retail business segment. This includes identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitors, and setting clear objectives and targets.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales incentives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote products and services.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 Years of in-depth experience in Key Account and Retail Management.
