Job Description

  • Strategy & Growth Define and execute a customer-centric roadmap to accelerate acquisition, engagement, and retention across retail ecosystems, with clear OKRs and funnel KPIs.
  • Customer Segmentation & Value Proposition Use behavioral and financial data to identify micro-segments, design targeted CVPs, and capture untapped opportunities.
  • Journey & Lifecycle Management Orchestrate end-to-end journeys (Acquire > Activate > Engage > Retain) using real-time analytics, CLV models, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Implement integrated marketing and MarTech solutions for always-on, automated campaigns with measurable conversion uplift.
  • Customer Loyalty Platform Design and manage ttb customer loyalty strategy and customer loyalty platform that strengthens engagement, rewards behavior, and integrates across digital and partner ecosystems.
  • Omnichannel Engagement Lead cross-channel execution (branch, digital, partners) to ensure consistent experience and optimized funnel performance.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Build strategic alliances and co-branded journeys to enhance customer value and drive mutual growth.
  • Performance Tracking Establish real-time dashboards, monitor funnel health, and enable continuous optimization through experimentation and insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years in strategic marketing, customer segmentation, or ecosystem management; 5+ years in leadership within financial services preferred.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, funnel analysis, and journey optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of retail financial products, including wealth and lending propositions.
  • Experience with MarTech, CDP, and personalization engines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
