Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
10+ years in strategic marketing, customer segmentation, or ecosystem management; 5+ years in leadership within financial services preferred.
Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, funnel analysis, and journey optimization.
Strong knowledge of retail financial products, including wealth and lending propositions.
Experience with MarTech, CDP, and personalization engines.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
