Owning and leading Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy at the category level, covering pricing, portfolio, and mix optimization. Leading and governing cross‑functional strategic projects for Energy Drink – Central, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable commercial impact.
Providing strong leadership, decision‑making, and capability development across RGM and strategic project resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own RGM strategy, priorities, and governance at category level
- Lead pricing architecture, pricing governance, and net revenue optimization
- Review, challenge, and endorse forecasts, scenarios, and insights prepared by Senior RGM
- Lead and prioritize cross‑functional strategic initiatives for Energy Drink – Central
- Govern project execution, milestones, risks, and performance tracking
- Ensure projects deliver measurable commercial impact (sales, share, distribution, efficiency)
- Coach, develop, and performance‑manage Senior RGM and Project Analyst; strengthen RGM and project management capability
- Deliver topline growth and gross margin target
- Commercial impact (incremental sales, market share, numeric distribution) in Central
- Strong cross‑functional alignment (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, RGM, Commercial Strategy, Strategic Projects, or Commercial Finance
- Strong FMCG / Beverage industry experience
- Proven leadership in pricing, promotions, and revenue optimization
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of P&L, trade spend, and ROI
- Experience managing analytical and project‑based roles
