Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy to elevate brand and increase student enrollment growth.
  • Lead high-impact recruitment campaigns across domestic and international markets, translating data insights into measurable enrollment results.
  • Shape and protect a strong, differentiated brand across all digital, offline, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth segments to expand regional and international presence.
  • Partner with academic leaders, Admissions, and International Affairs to commercialize academic strengths into compelling market propositions.
  • Leverage market intelligence, competitor analysis, and student behavior insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team with a strong execution mindset.
  • Ensure consistent, premium messaging and brand standards across all communications.
  • Track performance through clear KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI and enrollment outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and external partners to deliver efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and growth-driven recruitment or customer acquisition.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience leading multi-channel, data-led campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Thai.
