Role:
Sales Head to drive growth in Thailand across IT staffing services, Software development, Testing and Cloud solutions. This leadership role will focus on building strong client relationships, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering revenue growth in a highpotential market.
Experience:
- 10+ years of sales in IT staffing, Software and Cloud services
- Proven success in leading teams & delivering success
- Strong background in solutions selling & revenue growth across IT Staffing services, Application development and/or maintenance, quality assurance/testing offerings, and cloud service portfolios.
- Nice-to-have: Solutions selling experience in one or more of the following areas will be an added advantage: Data Transformation (including DWBI), Business Process Automation, AI/ML solutions, Hybrid IT Managed Services (Global Command Centre), Multi-vendor Services, Cloud Observability & Optimization, and SASE & Cybersecurity services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Work experience across APAC markets like the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia will be viewed favourably
- Fluency in Thai & English

- Revenue growth and profitability in Thailand region.
- Number of new enterprise accounts acquired.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Expansion of service portfolio (staffing, development, testing, cloud) in the region.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
