Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies for specific products and digital solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and manage strong C-level relationships targeted group of customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape commercial offerings and proposals.
  • Identify new opportunities within digital transformation, fintech, and enterprise banking projects.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in sales focusing on Financial Sector, with at least 5 years in management role.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, solution selling, and account management.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology, digital banking, and industry trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
