Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership - Develop and execute sales strategies for clinical diagnostics to achieve revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
  • Team Management & Coaching - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Key Account Engagement - Build and sustain relationships with hospitals, labs, and KOLs; maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track KPIs and sales metrics; identify growth opportunities and execute corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Service teams to align efforts and optimize support.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting - Manage sales budget, set targets, and forecast short- and long-term revenue in line with company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; adjust strategies to stay ahead.
  • Senior Management Presentations - Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates, challenges, and growth proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare sales, focusing on lab microbiology or molecular diagnostics.
  • Hands-on expertise in cell culture and bacterial culture techniques.
  • Fluent in Englishexcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional, selfmotivated, creative, independent thinker, and strong team collaborator.
  • Must have a car and be able to work with frequent client visits.
