About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on senior leader to join our organization as a Head of Sales / Field Performance Director. This role reports directly to the CEO and acts as a key driver in improving branch performance, sales execution, operational discipline, and field effectiveness across regions.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who thrives in the field, understands branch operations deeply, and is capable of identifying operational gaps and turning around underperforming areas through practical execution, coaching, and leadership.
The ideal candidate is action-oriented, highly adaptable, and comfortable working closely with regional directors and branch management teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with CEO and regional management teams to improve overall field performance
- Analyze branch and regional operational issues and implement practical improvement plans
- Visit branches and operational areas regularly to assess performance and execution quality
- Coach and support regional directors, branch managers, and field teams
- Improve sales productivity, collection effectiveness, and branch discipline
- Identify operational bottlenecks and provide immediate solutions
- Lead field performance initiatives, training, and execution strategies
- Support business expansion and operational excellence initiatives nationwide
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sales operations, branch operations, collection operations, or field management
- Strong background in leasing, hire purchase, financial services, or multi-branch operations
- Proven experience managing large operational territories or regional performance
- Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving capability
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling extensively
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Mature, resilient, and execution-driven personality
- Preferred age range: 45-53 years old
