Ironbook AI builds AI-powered data migration software that helps enterprises move, transform, and modernise their data infrastructure faster and with far less risk. We work with large organisations that cannot afford downtime, data loss, or failed migrations — and we have built the automation layer that makes their migration projects predictable. Backed by strong early customer traction, we are now scaling our Thailand go-to-market motion for the first time.

About the Role

You will be Ironbook AI's Head of Sales in the Bangkok — reporting directly to the Founders. You will own the full Thailand enterprise sales cycle: from building a target account list to closing seven-figure deals. In 12 months, you will have established our Thailand pipeline, landed our first marquee enterprise customers, and put in place the sales infrastructure that the next hires will build on. This is a role for someone who has done this before, thrives without a safety net, and is genuinely excited about what AI is doing to the data migration space.

What You Will Own

  • Build and own the Thailand enterprise sales pipeline from scratch — prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Target VP- and C-suite decision-makers in enterprises with active data migration or AI modernisation initiatives
  • Develop and execute an account-based sales strategy across verticals including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology
  • Work closely with the CEO and product team to translate customer conversations into product direction
  • Represent Ironbook at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
  • Define the repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics that the team will scale with
  • Will be considered for a Country Manager based on the performance

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • A deep, active network within enterprise IT, data engineering, or infrastructure buying communities — you can get a meeting with a VP of Data Engineering because they know you
  • Direct experience selling data migration, ETL, data integration, cloud migration, or adjacent data infrastructure products
  • Proven ability to navigate long enterprise sales cycles and build consensus across IT, procurement, legal, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Startup or early-stage company experience — you know what it means to build pipeline without a full SDR team or a pre-built marketing engine
  • Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into data-heavy verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or logistics
  • Familiarity with the AI or MLOps infrastructure ecosystem
  • Prior experience as an early GTM hire at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Network within the Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS data ecosystem

Compensation

We offer an attractive OTE structure (base + uncapped commission) commensurate with your experience and track record. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
