As VP of Sales / Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the Thailand commercial function, leading enterprise growth across sectors including financial services and retail. You'll be responsible for winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and building a repeatable sales engine capable of supporting long-term growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to lead from the front, opening doors, driving opportunities through complex buying cycles, and, most importantly, closing. Success will come from combining strong enterprise networks with a consultative approach to selling technology services, helping clients solve business challenges through digital transformation, application modernisation, cloud, data, AI, and managed services capabilities.
Beyond revenue, you'll help shape the future of the business locally. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead a small sales team, establish commercial processes, and influence market strategy alongside regional leadership.
The ideal profile is someone with a proven track record selling IT services, consulting, or digital transformation solutions into large enterprises. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams is highly valued, although individuals ready to step into broader leadership responsibilities will also be considered.
The opportunity extends well beyond a sales leadership title. With ambitious international growth plans and a future public listing on the horizon, high-performing leaders have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation through equity-based rewards. There is also a clear pathway for this role to evolve into a Country Manager position as the Thailand operation continues to scale.
