  • Management of the overall LCS Sales activitivities in the region, considering different sales channels (LCS sales team, collaboration with NM sales team, E-business, social media, call center and other pro-active sales tasks) and global process governances
  • Disciplinary lead of the assigned team and functional lead of the SA LCS team in the region (LCS: field sales, sales coordinators and other SA functions), steering of the teams with KPI's, securing targeted performance levels
  • Budget planning OI BU IOS incl. price/discount level in alignment with the Regional Committee and in coordination with Global SA LCS
  • Participation in defining the global and regional LCS Strategy and rollout in the region (LCS regional initiatives); Definition and rollout of the regional SA LCS strategy (products, processes, organisation,) in alignment with the global SA LCS strategy
  • CRM opportunity and pipeline management according to global standards and globally pre-defined routines
  • Monitoring the compliance with the global and regional governances (organisation, responsibilities, processes, systems)
  • Organisation and Coordination of competence management, skill analysis and training activities to ensure a solid competence level in all sales functions (according to global role descriptions)
  • Establish and maintain robust processes in Salesforce to enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and identify upselling opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Cooperation with Cluster Sales Head for development and implementation of processes and organisation as well as business development strategies into the market
  • Collaboration with SA LCS Key account organisation in strategic and operational topics
  • Personal envolvement in key focus projects for the region at the interface with the customer
  • Pooling - Design and implement workforce strategies in alignment with IOS stakeholders, including resource pooling across subsidiaries within the region, to maximize utilization and ensure timely delivery of LCS SA activities.
  • Supporting the operational teams with priorization and escalation tasks with inferface departments on management level

Profile Description

Your ProfileYou contribute

  • Bachelor's degree and 58 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in in packaging and bottling equipment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of LCS products, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix organization and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work in intercultural environments.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and openness to change.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
