Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for business customers, including account planning, revenue targets, and service excellence objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the field sales organization to drive new business acquisition, expand existing customer relationships, and establish scalable sales processes for long-term growth.
  • Personally manage or provide senior-level support for high-value, strategic, or complex customer accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and network sales teams to secure large-scale opportunities and maximize network-driven business potential.
  • Define and implement growth strategies for the SME segment across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Cross-Border solutions, and value-added services, with strong focus on profitability.
  • Expand solution-based selling within the SME market, including specialized products such as Reefer, Dangerous Goods (DG), temperature-controlled solutions, and bulk cargo.
  • Drive strategic trade lane development in partnership with product and network teams to grow both local and international trade volumes.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends, ensuring data-driven decision-making through effective use of CRM and sales analytics tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth, ideally within complex and competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of the Thailand market, particularly key industrial zones, free trade zones, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics solutions, including air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic business and sales plans.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales management tools.
