Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned residential projects in the EEC region
  • Lead the local project sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Coordinate with central marketing and branding team to align campaigns with company direction
  • Initiate and execute local marketing activities that are relevant to the project's target audience and area
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with related departments such as Product Development, Customer Service, and Construction for end-to-end project readiness
  • Represent the company in community and local networking opportunities to strengthen brand image
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and local market movement to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge and connection within the local market (EEC area is a must)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Able to work on-site and travel within the assigned project area
  • Familiarity with residential buyer behavior in provincial or secondary cities is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Based in or originally from the EEC region (Chonburi, Rayong, or Chachoengsao)
  • Strong sense of community and understanding of local culture and customer needs
  • Fluent in English
