Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned residential projects in the EEC region
- Lead the local project sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Coordinate with central marketing and branding team to align campaigns with company direction
- Initiate and execute local marketing activities that are relevant to the project's target audience and area
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with related departments such as Product Development, Customer Service, and Construction for end-to-end project readiness
- Represent the company in community and local networking opportunities to strengthen brand image
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and local market movement to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge and connection within the local market (EEC area is a must)
- Proven leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
- Able to work on-site and travel within the assigned project area
- Familiarity with residential buyer behavior in provincial or secondary cities is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Based in or originally from the EEC region (Chonburi, Rayong, or Chachoengsao)
- Strong sense of community and understanding of local culture and customer needs
- Fluent in English
