Job Description

  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and sales strategy aligned with enrolment targets
  • Lead marketing, brand, digital, PR, and market research functions
  • Manage external agencies (creative, digital, media, web)
  • Oversee sales planning, admissions strategy, and feeder school partnerships
  • Drive performance of sales and enrolment teams across campuses and programs
  • Implement and monitor CRM-driven lead management and conversion KPIs
  • Work closely with academic leaders and senior stakeholders on program launches

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in marketing and/or sales roles
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function position
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Experience in education or student recruitment is a strong advantage
