Job Description
- Define and execute an integrated marketing and sales strategy aligned with enrolment targets
- Lead marketing, brand, digital, PR, and market research functions
- Manage external agencies (creative, digital, media, web)
- Oversee sales planning, admissions strategy, and feeder school partnerships
- Drive performance of sales and enrolment teams across campuses and programs
- Implement and monitor CRM-driven lead management and conversion KPIs
- Work closely with academic leaders and senior stakeholders on program launches
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in marketing and/or sales roles
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function position
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Experience in education or student recruitment is a strong advantage
