The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales with a visionary mindset and the heart of a Builder to revolutionize our sales system and manage new revenue acquisition (New Acquisition) with a cumulative target of 50-70 million THB per year. Reporting directly to Chief Operation Officer & Co-Founder, you won't just manage a sales team; you will be the Architect who structures the Sales Playbook and oversees customer success from the first step through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to: COO / Co-Founder
1. Revenue Acquisition
- Drive the sales team to acquire new business to meet the annual cumulative target
- Support the team in negotiating with Enterprise and Key Accounts while maintaining the company's premium brand image (strongly against price-cutting)
2. Sales Strategy & Architecture
- Revamp the Sales Process to be standardized and scalable
- Design Sales Playbooks, Sales Decks, and presentation strategies focused on Value-based Selling to meet the needs of our core target customers
- Define KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and design incentive structures that motivate and align with the company's growth goals
- Structure the framework to support closing deals for both Inbound and Outbound leads
3. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Recruit (alongside HR), develop, and coach the sales team to become A-Players with deep understanding of both Tech and Operations
- Provide essential market knowledge and technical skills; evaluate staff to build a robust team structure
- Foster a Data-driven culture by using CRM to manage the pipeline and accurately forecast sales
- Demonstrate the ability to close deals personally to serve as a role model for the team
4. Seamless Client Onboarding Ownership
- Manage Sales Onboarding team, and take responsibility for customer success during the First 60 Days of service to ensure long-term retention
- Design and optimize onboarding flow to ensure fast Sales Cycle and long-term retention
- Coordinate with Operations and Product teams to ensure customer migration is smooth and to minimize early-stage churn
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 7 years of work experience, with 3+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams. You must have experience in a Scaling Up phase (building sales systems from 1 to 10) and played a key role in improving sales standards
- Industry Background: In any related field. For example, E-Commerce Enabler, Premium Logistics, or Configurable SaaS / Platform sectors (e.g., FinTech, MarTech, ERP)
- Fulfillment Literacy: Understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem (Marketplace SLAs, Campaign dynamics, Shopify, Live Commerce and more), warehouse operations, and e-commerce/logistics software
- Standardization Mindset: A firm believer in selling standardized systems and capable of persuading customers to adapt existing features for maximum efficiency
- Result-Oriented: A proven track record of generating 50-100 million THB in sales with high accountability for targets
- Language: Excellent Thai and English communication skills at a professional business level
