Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations across the dealer network, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes, showroom standards, lead management, and customer handling practices.
  • Drive operational excellence at dealer locations by implementing standardized workflows, performance dashboards, and monthly sales operating rhythms to strengthen retail effectiveness.
  • Support dealers in sales planning and demand forecasting, ensuring alignment with national targets, inventory availability, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor dealer funnel performance including test-drive management, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and sales pipeline health; develop corrective action plans where needed.
  • Conduct regular dealer business reviews to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans that improve productivity, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales training and capability development to elevate dealer staff competencies in product knowledge, retail selling skills, and CRM utilization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting from dealers, covering sales performance, stock status, market intelligence, and competitor activity.
  • Optimize dealer programs and incentives, ensuring they drive desired behaviors, improve conversion, and enhance dealer profitability.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • The ability to design and execute national sales strategies, translate insights into actionable plans, and steer dealer networks toward ambitious growth targets
  • Proven experience optimizing dealer-side operations, including sales processes, showroom execution, demand planning, and performance management across multiple retail partners.
  • Skilled in sales forecasting, CRM utilization, KPI development, and datadriven decision-making to elevate dealer productivity and retail conversion.
  • Capable of building strong, trustbased relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and inspiring sales teams and dealer staff to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.
  • A hands-on approach to identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and ensuring consistent implementation of national standards at the dealer level.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where agility, continuous improvement, and consumercentric thinking are essential.
  • Genuine interest in new energy vehicles, evolving customer expectations, and transforming Thailand's automotive retail landscape.
