Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the condominium project in Pattaya.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with marketing, project, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Manage sales operations at the project site, including walk-in clients, agents, and events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in property sales, with 5+ years in a managerial or team leader role.
  • Experience in condominium or residential projects (especially in Pattaya or resort areas) is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Good command of English; Chinese or Russian language skills are a plus.
