Rebalance is looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Sales to drive nationwide sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and shape our next phase of growth. Native in Thai Speaking
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct sales leadership experience in healthcare clinics, wellness centers, or the fitness industry
- Proven ability to design, implement, and execute sales strategies
- Strong understanding of Sales KPIs, including appointment booking rate, conversion rate (close ratio), and customer retention metrics
- Demonstrated experience managing and training large sales teams (80+ people)
- Proficient in analyzing sales funnels, setting targets, and implementing structured sales activities
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to driving performance
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead nationwide sales strategy to meet growth targets
- Coach, train, and supervise regional and branch sales teams
- Design systems to track and improve individual and team performance
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align goals
- Identify new sales opportunities and build strong B2C engagement strategies
Preferred:
- Background in health clinics, beauty clinic, wellness clinic, physiotherapy, or fitness chains
- Strong command of CRM tools and data analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
