Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the appointed dealer company to ensure seamless sales operations, including sales process alignment, retail execution, inventory planning, dealer performance management, and the implementation of national sales standards across all dealer touchpoints.
  • Define and execute the national sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior insights to inform strategy.
  • Develop long-term revenue forecasts and annual operating plans for all sales channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Lead sales planning, quota design, territory optimization, and performance management.
  • Implement and enhance CRM systems, lead funnels, and reporting dashboards.
  • Standardize and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Manage sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews across channels.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving conversion rates, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance on pricing models, incentive schemes, and forecasting
  • Identify growth opportunities in both direct and dealer channels
  • Work closely with dealer partners to ensure performance targets and brand standards are met
  • Support retail operations with store performance insights, customer conversion strategies, and sales training needs.
  • Partner with marketing on product launches, lead generation campaigns, and retail activation.
  • Work with product and aftersales teams to integrate customer feedback into continuous improvement.
  • Align with supply chain teams on demand planning and inventory allocation
  • Lead and develop the Sales Operations and Strategy team.
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, automotive OEM or Automotive Distributor company.
  • Strong experience managing sales forecasting, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Background in launching or scaling a high-growth business is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, sales systems, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to influence across senior levels.
  • Passion for innovation, mobility, and transforming the future of transportation.
